About these tools
Every tool here runs in your browser with no account: type a time, distance, pace or weight and the result appears straight away, with the formula behind it one tap away. Pace maths uses the official race distances (a marathon is 42.195 km, a mile exactly 1,609.344 m), predictions use Riegel's formula and the Daniels and Gilbert oxygen-cost equations, calories use the ACSM metabolic equations and the 2024 Compendium of Physical Activities, and age grading uses Alan Jones's 2025 road tables. Settings such as miles or kilometres are remembered on your device only, and any result can be shared with a link that carries the numbers. New here? Start with the pace calculator or the marathon pace chart.
